Foster Care Agency - Card Request Form

ENCOURAGMENT and BIRTHDAY cards:

The overarching theme & design will be connected to encouragement OR birthday on the front part of the cards.

Our sorting process done by volunteers does not ensure any gender specifics or other themed cards. However, cards will be selected at random to ensure that duplicate styled cards are not packed in the same order. 

Since the cards are all blank on the inside, we encourage case workers to write in special messages in order to tailor each card to its specific need.

(Please note: it may take up to 2 months until cards arrive at your doorstep as we operate based on volunteer availability. As so, we suggest all agencies put their card request in with ample time in mind. Thank you so much for your understanding.)
