Monroe Harding

Our mission is changing young people’s lives. Since we began in 1893 as an orphanage for displaced youth, Monroe Harding evolved and continually adapted to meet the needs of children and young adults who are in or transitioning out of state custody. Little Flowers Children and Family Services of New York

Christian Homes & Family Services

Christian Homes & Family Services’ foster parents stand in the gap between biological parents and forever families. The ministry provides three types of foster or transitional care: Foster-To-Adopt, Foster Care For Children,and Transitional Care For Infants. All three types of care are designed to provide the same loving care children should know with their biological families or will ultimately know with their adoptive family.

Jonathan's Place

The mission of Jonathan’s Place is to provide a safe place, loving homes, and promising futures for abused and neglected children, teens, and young adults.

Our Foster Care & Adoption program recruits, trains and supports foster and adoptive parents. Case managers work to place children into a Jonathan’s Place foster home that is qualified to meet the individual needs of that child. Guiding Harbor

Guiding Harbor is a private, non-profit organization founded by the General Federation of Women’s Clubs, Michigan (GFWC-MI), that provides child caring and child placement services for abused and neglected children.

Kids Central, Inc. 

Kids Central Inc is working to create a brighter future for children and their families by building better lives through protecting children supporting families and engaging communities. Our vision is to be the most effective and recognizable lead agency for community-based care, providing child-centered practices that strengthen families and help create, support and maintain a safe environment for children.


Hathaway-Sycamores Foster Family Agency provides foster family homes and services for youth and non-minor dependents referred through Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services and Los Angeles County Probation. Among many things, the goal of the Foster Family Agency is to provide safe family home environments and developmentally appropriate, trauma informed and culturally relevant treatment.

National Angels 

The National Angels mission is to walk alongside children, youth, and families in the foster care community by offering consistent support through intentional giving, relationship building, and mentorship.

Hands Across The Water, Inc. was founded in 1999 by Jim and Kathi Nelson initially as an adoption education resource organization. Today the agency has expanded its approach to provide more holistic services to strengthen families including parent education/prevention programs, foster care, adoption (international, infant and state ward), pregnancy counseling and behavioral health programs. Family Alternatives

Family Alternatives is a trauma infused, youth driven agency that embraces the collaboration between youth and their supports in caring foster homes. Founded in 1978 by foster parents, Family Alternatives emerged to enhance relationships, advocate for services and support the development of youth in the foster care system.

We support youth in their development by providing nurturing family environments. Through guidance, nurturing and mentorship, Family Alternatives strives to create and develop relationships with children, which extend beyond foster care.

Children’s Hope Residential Services, Inc.

Our vision is for every child has a permanent living situation that they can call home. Children’s Hope provides abused children with a safe, healthy environment that includes nurturing, mentoring, medical care, and intense individual and group counseling. We use a relationship-based model to teach children to develop trusting relationships with adults so they may have the ability to attach to future care givers. 


Casa de Esperanza de los Ninos 

Casa de Esperanza de los Ninos strives to break the cycle of child abuse and neglect for at-risk infants, children and their families by providing comprehensive residential and family support programs that transform people and communities. Adriel, Inc.  

Adriel has a long and rich history of caring for children in need. Founded as the Mennonite Children’s home in 1896, Adriel’s mission has always focused on serving those children who either have no family or whose family environment is not safe or healthy.

As the needs of children and families have changed, Adriel has adapted and expanded its services to meet them. Today, Adriel provides foster care and adoption services for children. 


Bridges Child Placement Agency

Bridges Child Placement Agency is a non-profit organization licensed by the Colorado Department of Human Services to certify and supervise family foster homes for children under age 18. Working closely with county Departments of Social Services, Bridges accepts for placement children in need of care. These children become part of the household and family of persons of extraordinary character and skill — foster parents.

The Buckeye Ranch

The Buckeye Ranch opened as a treatment center for 10 young men and has now transitioned into one of the country’s leading providers of emotional, behavioral, and mental health services for children and families. Each day, more than 2,350 youth are in Ranch care, receiving services designed to help them become successful within their families, schools, and communities.


Northeast Ohio Adoption Services

NOAS is a private, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) agency founded in 1978 to serve children and families, with programs built on our mission to promote lifelong permanency for current and former foster youth by recruiting, preparing, and supporting families and positive connections. We are a Council on Accreditation (COA) agency and have placed over 1,300 children into loving, adoptive homes throughout NE Ohio.

While NOAS is perhaps best known for our foster care and adoption work, we have grown into much more than a placement agency. While we hope every child finds their forever family, this is not always the case, and NOAS is committed to serving children, families & young adults no matter what.


Nightlight Healing Homes Foster Care

We focus on Personal Family-Based Care. Our foster care agency has a staff of experienced, passionate individuals that care about you and your family both now and in the future as you become a safe and loving foster home. We intentionally maintain a small caseload, allowing us to be attentive to helping you navigate your state foster care agency program. We host year-round events, both fun and educational, for our foster parents and foster kids. When you choose to work with Nightlight, you become part of an extended support family.

THRU Project

THRU Project bridges the gap between foster care and adulthood for youth who age out of the foster care system. Our mission is to help foster youth overcome the challenges of growing up in the foster care system by providing guidance, support and advocacy in order to prepare them for life after foster care. THRU Project provides foster youth, ages 14 and up, with a volunteer mentor, free bus passes & cell phones, crucial life skills training, and affordable & stable housing. 


New Horizons

New Horizons provides a home and therapeutic services to children who suffer from emotional, behavioral, and attachment trauma due to physical and sexual abuse. We offer residential treatment centers, foster care, adoption, & youth and family counseling. Our foster care and adoption program finds homes for children, ages birth to 18 years old.


Heartsent Adoptions, Inc.

Heartsent Adoptions, Inc. is a nonprofit organization formed from a desire to provide prospective adoptive parents with their hearts’ desire - a child to love. The founders at Heartsent are adoptive parents themselves, as are most of the Board of Directors. Having had experience with both large and small agencies, we understand the process should be supportive, educational, and kind. Together, we are a family of informed individuals ready to serve the needs of those who wish to explore adoption as a means to start their own families.


Hannah's Children's Homes

Hannah’s is a private, non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization serving abused and neglected children since 1989. Hannah’s began with residential homes and added a Foster Care division in 1990 and an Adoption Agency in 1994.

Like Hannah noted in the bible’s book of Samuel our company feels children are a blessing from God. Hannah’s strives to find amazing families that have the room in their heart and home to make a child feel special and loved.


Optimist Youth Homes and Family Services

Optimist Youth Homes & Family Services provides innovative and individualized treatment, education, and support services to children, young adults, and families to better their lives. Since 1993, Optimist's Foster Family Agency has been providing quality foster homes to children in need. Our social workers provide ongoing support to our foster families, adoptive families, and to the youth placed in their homes.
